The following are considered to be correct.

Flambeau Red
NAPA: 99-3727-L
Martin Senour: 99-3727-L
Crossfire: 53A 3727
Dupont: 016DH
PPG/Ditzler: 70137 or 71282
Sherwin Williams: 31878 or 4035
TISCO: TP140

********************

Desert Sand/Sunset
Martin Senour: 99-3726-L
DuPont: 75194 D
PPG/Ditzler: 81357
Sherwin Williams: 3605 or 71599
Tisco: TP580

***************

Power Red
Dupont: G8156
Martin Senour: 99 - 4764-L
Sherwin Williams: 31874 or 6678
TISCO: TP890

Essentially, Flambeau and Power are the same colour. The Power is a completely different paint formulation introduced to solve the chalking/fading problems with the old Flambeau that dates back to the early forties. If you see Flambeau and Power side by side, you can tell the difference. Most people would not know the difference if the tractor was standing by itself in a show.

If you are stickler for restoration accuracy, then go with the Flambeau. If you intend to work this tractor and expose it constantly to UV, then the Power with a hardener would be a better choice. Case no longer sells Flambeau and hasn't for many years.

I don't know who is making the paints for Case these days but Desert Sunset can still be bought from most Case/IH dealers and some Case/NH ones too. Case has the hardener as well.

On a side note, if you ordered Flambeau from each of the manufacturers mentioned above and then sprayed sample sheets; you would find minor variations between them. In other words, there is no "perfect" Flambeau Red.
